Coaching for Aligned, Sustainable Leadership
Leadership demands presence, courage, and discernment— especially when urgency is constant. Leading well shouldn’t mean sacrificing your well-being or your values.
Our coaching is designed to support leaders in cultivating clarity, care, and mission-aligned sustainability. We honour your full self (your wisdom, stories, values, and emotions), and create safer space to slow down, feel held, and work through the contradictions and daily challenges of leading with integrity. We hold space to explore power dynamics and structural inequities while prioritizing relationships and people.
Our approach
We blend coaching, accompaniment, and peer mentorship — because real support must be as multifaceted as the challenges you face.
Together, we strengthen your sense of self, deepen your capacity to lead with clarity and care, and help you build systems that sustain both you and your mission.
Coaching
We help you clarify your goals and values, ask powerful questions, and offer grounded reflections. We use tools and practices rooted in value-aligned leadership, and we support you in discerning what is true and necessary for your leadership journey.
Accompaniment
Sometimes you need more than reflection — you need a thought partner to walk alongside you through a live challenge. We help you name patterns, test new approaches, and hold space for accountability and care, while staying grounded throughout.
Peer Mentorship
We share examples, stories, and resources drawn from our own leadership experience, offering real-world insight to help you navigate complexity with confidence.
Who this is for
Our coaching is for leaders, managers, and changemakers navigating demanding environments — those who want to lead with clarity and compassion, center and nurture relationships, and cultivate workplaces that are equitable, sustainable, and people-centered.

I’m Taashi — a transmasculine, queer, South Asian settler and former Executive Director with over 20 years of experience leading and supporting community-based organizations. I’ve lived the reality of urgency culture, burnout, and the deep tension between mission and personal well-being — especially in small, under-resourced non-profits.
As a recovering ED, I’ve spent the last few years re-grounding in practices that center care, embodiment, and sustainability. My coaching is rooted in equity and designed to support leaders — especially BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ leaders — to feel resourced, connected, and aligned. I blend coaching, peer mentorship, and accompaniment to help you slow down, clarify what truly matters, and build systems that support both your well-being and your organization’s long-term health.
I bring curiosity, lived experience, and a strategic lens that looks beyond crisis toward possibility. Together, we’ll imagine leading in ways that are joyful, brave, and deeply aligned with your values.
I’m Kanaka—a non-binary, Tamil migrant and settler who has worked at varying levels of leadership and frontline positions in the non-profit sector. Over the years, I’ve witnessed and navigated the complexities of organizational life—from moments of deep connection to times of tension and conflict.
Trained in conflict coaching and mediation, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. Currently working in a leadership role within the sector, I draw from my ongoing practice to support clients in strengthening their capacity to lead through challenging dynamics, conflicts, and moments of stuckness.
I work with leaders navigating conflict or relational disconnect, offering tools, practices, and self-resourcing strategies to help you move from what may feel like a breakdown or rupture toward a breakthrough. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and committed to supporting sustainable leadership and transformative change.
