We believe it is imperative that non-profit leaders have safe spaces to feel held and supported; spaces where they can work through the contradictions and daily challenges of leading with integrity; and feel supported in the day-to-day challenges. We support non-profit leaders to feel better resourced to build workspaces that align with their desires and values. Our approach focuses on supporting your whole self within your organizational role along with providing tangible mentorship to support your organization’s capacity.
This can look like:
- 1-on-1 coaching to an executive director (or manager) in a new role
- Organization-wide capacity-building mentorship and operational guidance in a specific area (e.g. finance, fundraising, people management, grant-writing, communications)
- Succession/transition support for an organization’s management team or board
Facilitated Transformational Spaces
We love facilitating spaces that allow your organization to prioritize relationships and ensure that each person feels cared for, supported, and heard. We work with you to identify your goals and needs to create a facilitation plan that prioritizes mutual learning and collaboration while building a container that allows people to be able to lean into being braver and open to sharing and listening.
